A complimentary, 20-minute phone call allows you to share an overview of your project and identify which design services you need. We will briefly outline our creative process and a typical fee structure. Additionally, this call is a good time to explore our design chemistry—are we a good “match” and will our style philosophies and personalities mesh well?
After a discovery call, a home consultation is scheduled to review your project. Goals and objectives will be discussed, along with any personal aesthetic preferences. Broad-level concepts will be explored, as we provide you with new ideas that you may not have considered. This is your chance to dream a little and imagine the possibilities.
After visiting your home and analyzing your project objectives, a Project Proposal will be drafted, outlining the scope of work, an estimated design fee and any project limitations. This document serves as a guide for the project, ensuring that client expectations are clearly stated and understood by the design team. Our goal is always to meet and exceed those expectations.
Upon signing the Project Proposal, a follow-up interview will be scheduled and the formal process of gathering information begins. During this phase your space will be measured, any existing plans reviewed, furniture and/or personal items inventoried and extensive notes collected. The process of designing a space that is uniquely tailored to YOU is now officially underway!
